We develop pellet-fed large-format 3D manufacturing systems with a 5 × 3 × 2 metre build volume. The mechanics, the extruder, the electronics and the control software — all engineered in-house. From installation to service, you get a single point of contact.

Pellet feedstock

Melt and deposit
Pellets are melted in our in-house extruder and laid down in controlled beads through a wide nozzle.

What is LFAM (large-format additive manufacturing)?
LFAM is the layer-by-layer production of metre-scale parts using industrial pellet-fed extrusion. EXTRUVEX is a pellet-fed LFAM system with a 5 × 3 × 2 metre build volume.
How large a part can be printed?
Up to 5 × 3 × 2 metres as a single body — a 30 m³ build volume. Parts are produced in one run, without gluing or joining segments.
Which materials does it process?
A wide range: from common plastics such as PP, PE, ASA and PETG, through engineering plastics like ABS, PC and PA, up to carbon/glass-fibre-filled PA-CF, PA-GF and PC-CF composites.
How does pellet printing differ from filament printing?
Pellets are roughly 10 times more economical than filament and allow much higher throughput; large parts are produced within hours. The industry-standard feedstock is used directly.
How does the process work, how do I get a quote?
